  • les documents officiels appartenant aux agences nationales et locales de l'État, incluant les lois et autres textes légaux, décisions judiciaires et autres documentations d'ordre législatif, administratif et judiciaire, les documents officiels des organisations internationales, y compris leurs traductions officielles ;
  • les symboles et signes appartenant à l'État (drapeaux, emblèmes, blasons, billets de banque, et similaires), y compris les symboles et signes municipaux ;
  • les travaux publics (folklore), qui ne possèdent pas d'auteur spécifique ;
  • les événements et faits d'actualité ayant un but uniquement informationnel (actualités journalières, programmes télévisés, horaires des transports, et similaires).

Comment – According to interstate and international compacts, the Russian Federation is the legal successor of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; therefore, this license tag is also applicable to official symbols and formal documents of the Russian SFSR and the USSR (union level[1]).

Warning – This license tag cannot be applied to proposed official symbols and drafts of formal documents, which can be copyrighted.
